Me voilà donc à Marrakech. Le vol s'est très bien passé, pas de retard, l'avion était loin d'être rempli. Le taxi réservé m'attendait à l'arrivée, je suis donc arrivée au riad sans encombre. Je n'y serais pas forcément arrivée toute seule, de nuit, car il est situé dans une minuscule ruelle. Le riad n'est pas mal du tout, la chambre est petite, mais très propre et il y a l'essentiel. 
La déco est sobre.Le petit déjeuner se prend sur la terrasse située sur le toit, jus d'orange frais et crêpe délicieuse (+ pain, beurre, confiture...) De la terrasse, on voit la Koutoubia (mosquée)
Le premier jour, je suis allée au Jardin Majorelle et musée d'Art Islamique. Il est situé en dehors du centre, mais il est facile à trouver.
C'est un vrai hâvre de paix. 
Il y a du monde, des groupes, mais comme c'est assez grand, on ne se marche pas trop sur les pieds.
Mais vers 16 h, il y avait vraiment la foule, donc j'ai eu bien raison d'y aller vers 11 h.En faisant des photos (bien sûr!), j'ai commencé à discuter avec deux Françaises très sympas et nous avons passé un bon moment ensemble.
Je crois que j'ai fait 200 photos au jardin Majorelle, pas mal pour un début. Les couleurs sont tellement belles.
Ensuite, je suis allée à la gare routière pour me renseigner pour aller à Essaouira.
Puis direction la Koutoubia, j'ai encore flâné en ville avant de retourner vers la place Jemaa El Fnaa, avec son ambiance habituelle. J'ai mangé un tagine légumes
sur une terrasse en hauteur, afin d'admirer le spectacle, j'ai encore un peu marché sur la place et dans les souks, puis je suis rentrée au riad, assez fatiguée, car j'ai encore bien marché aujourd'hui.Ich bin nun in Marrakech. Der Flug war OK, keine Verspätung, das Flugzeug war eher leer, merkwürdig. Der bestellte Taxi wartete auf mich und so bin ich problemlos in Riad angekommen. Allein hätte ich es nachts nie gefunden. Das Zimmer ist schön, eher klein, aber es geht. Und auch sehr ruhig. Frühstück wird auf der Dachterrasse serviert, sehr schön.
Ich habe am ersten Tag den Majorelle Garten besichtigt.
Viele tolle Farben, viele Kakteen. 
Da habe ich mehrere Stunden verbracht, es ist wirklich sehr schön. Ich habe mit zwei Französinnen lange geplaudert, es war ganz nett.
Dann bin ich wieder Richtung Stadtzentrum gelaufen, um endlich am Platz Jemaa El Fnaa ein Gemüse-Tagine
auf einer Dachterrasse zu essen. Danach bin ich noch auf dem Platz gelaufen, durch die Souks, aber dann war ich so müde, dass ich wieder ins Riad gelaufen bin. Zum Glück ist es nur ein paar Minuten vom Hauptplatz entfernt.I am now in Marrakech. The flight was Ok, it was on time, the plane was far from being full. Strange, as there is a long weekend ahead and many people go on holidays then.
The booked taxi waited for me, so I was pretty quickly in the riad. The room is plain, but nice and clean and it is very quiet. Breakfast is served on the terrace, with view over the Koutoubia mosque.
The first day, I visited the Majorelle Gardens,
it is very peaceful there, though the high number of tourists. I took loads of photos. 
The colours are so beautiful. 
Many huge cactuses in the gardens, bamboos too. I met two french ladies with whom I talked during a long while, they were very nice. 
Then, I went to the bus station to get info about the trip to Essaouira. Afterwards, I walked towards the city centre, passing the Koutoubia. I ended up in the Jemaa El Fna Square, where I ate a vegetable tagine and drank a pot of tea
on a roof terrace overlooking the square, looking at all the hustle and bustle there. Then, I walked a bit through the souks, but I started feeling tired, so I went back to the riad, that is just a few minutes away from the main square.http://www.jardinmajorelle.com/fr/index.php?page=accueil
